Nutrition hasn't been great but still getting the lifting done.

I may not be exactly where I want to be in terms of being as lean as I'd like but I get to choose how I deal with that.

There have been times of anxiety and depression where I found it nearly impossible to push myself through a workout and sometimes I didnt, but I choose to celebrate my victories and to add to them.
