I, Chris Windover possess decades of experience as a trainer/strength and conditioning coach and have worked with people from the age of 6 – 90+ years of age to improve functional movement patterns, mobility, flexibility, strength, power, speed, agility, balance, and overall health, and well-being. I begin with a thorough assessment and scientific analysis of movement patterns to develop a personalized program. I take the best of what I have learned from the most current science to provide excellence in your training.

I have enjoyed learning from 2 NHL Strength and Conditioning Coaches for 5 years of my 13-year career. I have served as a strength and conditioning coach to many hockey, baseball, rugby, lacrosse and soccer teams as well as individual athletes including Olympic Boxer Mandy Bujold, the U-19 Canadian Upright Rugby team, the Cambridge Winterhawks Junior C hockey team, PGA professionals and various youth programs and teams.

I enjoy the pleasure of collaborating with chiropractors and a range of other top-notch local professionals to provide the best strength and conditioning coaching to a wide variety of individuals.  I am looking forward to meeting and working with more people and teams in the area to help improve the quality of their daily lives, activities and athletic aspirations.

I love living near the waters of the Georgian Bay and Lake Huron shorelines which have served as my most memorable moments with family and loved ones, both past and present.  I am often found with my 4-legged companion close by whether I am hiking trails, fishing the rivers I love in the hunt for rainbow trout and salmon, or working with youth from my church.

           ONE ON ONE TRAINING

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

A Solid Place To Start

Before working on your car you do many things; you listen, you look, you feel, and you test.  The same diagnostic work needs to be done for the human body to find and understand impingements, imbalances, and strengths before implementing random training routines and exercises.

Using Tools and testing movements including the functional movement screen is essential to understand the way each individual body works.  Once completing my detailed assessment I am well prepared to couple what needs to be done with the goals of my clients to achieve and exceed fitness and health goals.

            GROUP TRAINING
