Youth Strength and Athletic training 

We are now offering small group training for young athletes (9-14 years) to develop athleticism via strength, balance, speed, agility, power, and plyometrics.

We will incorporate sport specific movements to increase skill acquisition and game-changing plays.

Classes are only $20 and spots are limited.
