We all get older, but that doesn't mean we have to say goodbye to the activities we love.
Individualized programming is key in allowing us to continue to enjoy sports and activities well into our 70's and 80's.
Doug is in his 70's and, although he came to me primarily to help with his back issues, we have been able to keep him on the slopes and skiing at high levels, despite his age and previous injuries.
You aren't too old, and you can always get better!!
