When someone says you MUST squat to parallel or beyond

To claim that everyone MUST squat to parallel or below all the time is the same as saying everyone's body is exactly the same.


It's simply not true.


You have to consider the structural composition of the hip capsule among other variables.


Your workouts and each movement pattern should be specific to your body and your goals.
