Single leg hip stability and strength

The Golfer's Reach / Hip airplane develops unilateral (single side) hip stability and strength while also exposing any assymetries between left and right sides.


A couple key things;

  1. Try to keep the hips parallel to the ground

  2. Maintain neutral spine

  3. Make sure the gluteus of the active leg (the one with the foot on the floor) is doing the work.
